Andrew Brinzi -
Managing Director
Andrew has a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in the construction industry for many years. Andrew understands the meaning of commitment and dedication in getting the job done. He is committed to growing the Brinzcon brand interstate and striving for the highest level of client satisfaction.
This will be achieved through a collaborative leadership which ensures our people will make a difference to any project we take on.
The Brinzi family has been involved in the construction industry for over 80 years, with Andrew himself having over 25 years’ experience.
Danyal -
National Operations Manager
Danyal is a highly self-motivated and professional National Operations Manager; he works towards nothing besides perfection in all the sites he oversees. He began his construction career as a Dogmen and moved to Brinzcon as the National Operations Manager, therefore Danyal has over 20 years of experience in the construction field.
Danyal has outstanding leadership, engagement qualities, commercial acumen, integrity, and commitment to consistently completing projects on time to the highest of standards. Any issue that Danyal overseas for the company is handled in a respectful and professional manner ensuring that the client is always Brinzcon’s first priority.
Marcus -
National Operations Coordinator
Marcus is a talented young worker, who has joined the team with high ambition and motivation in the workforce. In the short time Marcus has been with the company so far, he has developed and displayed his knowledge, proficiency, and passion within his role of National Operations Coordinator. Marcus is well-respected individual amongst the workers and co-workers in the office, and he always aims to complete his task above the expectations set, at a phenomenal standard. Marcus continuously helps shape the company to demonstrate its goals of making a difference within the Construction Industry.
Carmel -
Human Resource Manager
Being a Human Resource Manager, it is important for the individual to have the passion for helping and guiding employees within a workplace. Which is exactly what Carmel does for the company and its employees. She displays outstanding skills and qualities that helped form the company to its high standards today. Carmel’s knowledge in this area of the company is crucial, and helps maintain a balance between projects and the employees.
Carmel has been with the organisation since 2014, therefore she is well educated in her area and understands the importance of employee care, and employee satisfaction- two crucial aspects for a workplace to work efficiently and effectively.
Vicki -
Accounting/Payroll
Vicki has worked alongside Andrew previously and has been with the organisation since opening in 2014. Vicki oversees the accounts and payroll for the company and her great attention to detail ensures that her work reflects highly of the company. Vicki has exceptional skills and knowledge in her field which makes her experienced, reliable and an essential person within our team, following this, she is committed and dedicated in getting the job done. She has over 21 years of experience of Construction admin and accounting, therefore she is well versed and can easy solve any challenges that arise in the company.
Alessia -
System Manager/ Accounting
Alessia recently joined the team has quickly highlighted her great skills and expertise within her System Managing and Accounting role. Her attributions and qualities display that she is an essential individual within the Brinzcon team. She is able to develop and present new ways to help the company grow and advance to new levels in an effective and efficient manner. Any task that is handed to her is completed promptly, and at a high standard, which is imperative within the construction industry.
