480 Queen Street is a 153-metre premium grade office tower in Brisbane, Australia located at 480 Queen Street in the Brisbane central business district's golden triangle. The project was designed by BVN Architecture and developed and constructed by Grocon, in partnership with Dexus Property Group.
Brinzcon supplied Crane Crews to begin with, then expanding to Labourers and a Full-Time night shift crew.
Parklands Project, Gold Coast
The parklands Project incorporates seven hectares of residential and retail precincts and over seven hectares of green and open spaces, including a community park and extensive landscapes areas. The project features 1,252 permanent dwellings, comprising 1,170 one and two bedroom apartments and 82 three bedroom townhouses over 18 buildings and a village heart that connects the master planned development.
Brinzcon supplied 9 Tower Cranes, 9 tower crane crews, 18 Hoist drivers, a full scaffold crew, Mobile plant Operators, Structural Steel Crew, Pre Cast Crews, Carpenters and Labourers.
