Richmond Quarter is a true mixed-use precinct and represents a complete revitalisation of the Coles arcade on Bridge Road that in recent years had seen poor utilisation and activation of tenancies. This upgrade sees the establishment of an entire village, complete with an extensive residential offering, a vibrant market hall, full-line supermarket, fine grain tenancies, and highly activated laneways.

Greenwich, Fairfield
Greenwich, located in the inner-suburb Fairfield, Melbourne is a 40 million dollar medium-density residential development comprising of 77 apartments through a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments along with retail offerings that will activate the street frontage.

Nightingale, Fairfield
Six Degrees and Nightingale 2 Investment Pty Ltd received a licence to deploy the Nightingale model on the site situated right next to Fairfield Railway Station. As well as the obvious public transport amenity, the project’s location and configuration make it a rare ‘island’ site, offering an excellent opportunity to bring light and cross-ventilation through the building.

Barry St, Brunswick
Barry Street is a collection of 21 individual townhouses designed to reflect the colourful history and rich urban fabric of Brunswick.
Conceived by local architect, Quino Holland, Barry Street is the third collaboration between Fieldwork and Milieu. This select team of like-minded people are committed to crafting projects that enhance, and are informed by, the local community.

United by a common sense of discovery and innovation, Dight will be Milieu's second collaboration with Fieldwork, an innovative local architecture practice with a thoughtful approach to residential design. Our brief was to create 12 progressive apartments with a design underpinned by a considered response to inner city living, enriched by the influence of Japanese design principles.

This is Milieu’s third project on a leafy stretch of Fitzroy’s Napier Street, in a coveted neighbourhood pocket cupped by Gertrude, Smith and Brunswick Streets. The area’s historical architectural styles and present-day cultural charm have influenced Napier Street’s progressive design.
